Hello Festival Goers! My name is Chad and you have probably seen me around the festival at some point. I have been volunteering with the festival since 2006, and am happy to help continue this Tiffin and Seneca County tradition for years to come! ​Currently, I run my own graphic design / website building company called Nebula Design. Originally from Fremont and migrated to Tiffin in 2009, I fell in love with this area and have no plans on leaving anytime soon. ​I am excited to help bring you a great festival experience and a fun time with your friends, family or whoever you choose to bring!

Commissioner Anthony "Tony" Paradiso was appointed by the Seneca County Republican Central Committee in July 2019 and elected for a four-year term in January 2021. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bowling Green State University and an Associate of Science from the University of Cincinnati. Paradiso has worked as an insurance agent, president of the Financial Services Division at Celaris Group, and co-owner of BAS Broadcasting from 2013 to 2019. He currently serves as the board president of county commissioners.

Hello fellow Tiffin lovers! My name is Rachel, and I am new to the Heritage Festival board as the representative from the Tiffin Historic Trust. I have been a resident of Tiffin since 2009 and have lived in Northwest Ohio for most of my life. Professionally, I work from home planning events and writing communications for a technology firm. I pride myself on creating truly memorable experiences that delight guests, and I hope to bring some of that creativity and energy to our festival planning efforts. Personally, I recently renovated a historic home in Tiffin with my partner, Josh, and we both share a love of preserving the heritage and charm of our community.

I work for United Way of North Central Ohio as the Development Director for Tiffin-Seneca United Way. I have been with United Way for 3 years; I started as the Office Manager taking over as the Development Director in April of 2023. I serve as a Seneca County Chamber Ambassador, and Tiffin Rotarian. Additionally, I sit on the following boards Seneca County Young Professionals, Tiffin-Seneca Heritage Festival, Family Children First Council, EFSP, Seneca County Community Council, and Storybook Festival. I also enjoy volunteering at the monthly drive through food pantry.
